About Osuji & Smith
Our law office was established in 1980 with a strong sense of community and focus on being friendly and approachable to all our clients. Jim Smith, the founding Partner, established our firm more than 35 years ago.
For Mr. Smith, access to friendly and competent legal advice is the cornerstone of the practice.
Charles Osuji joined the firm in 2013 as an articling student and, in a short time, with his energy and enthusiasm in the practice of law, became a Partner in the firm, which was renamed Osuji & Smith Lawyers in 2016.
In 2017, Charles became the owner of the Firm and its Managing Partner.
