RGE RD is Canadian Cuisine. Our tastes and dishes are inspired by our country’s fields and forests, our mountains and oceans.

We source ingredients and provisions from farms and small-scale producers across Western Canada.
Our menu is dictated by the season, and we aim to use every part of every ingredient.
The Butchery (our space next door to RGE RD) is where we host semi-frequent RGE RD events and parties, and book private events.
The food tends to be more experimental as we test out new tastes and dishes.
The space can fit 36 people with standing room, and 24 people for seated dining.
Our own events range in style and capacity, and are usually pre-sold with tickets (follow us to be sure you can get a seat at the next one).
