We are also your source for locally grown foods, including fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and a wide assortment of locally crafted products. Situated in Lanark County, we are surrounded by unique and productive farms, and creative farmsteaders who think outside the box. As a community, we are strong supporters of local food.
Here at Foodsmiths, we make local producers the main focus of our store. You will find locally grown produce in our fresh produce aisle, as well as locally crafted products throughout the rest of our store, from pepper jellies and dressings to crackers and cheeses.

Your journey begins at our expansive Supplement and Body Care department. We are a founding member of Health First, Canada’s leading network of independent health & wellness retailers, and we carry the exclusive Health First brand of quality, reasonably priced supplements. You will also find many other brand names, including the complete line of Derma E, Natural Factors, Lorna Vanderhaeghe, Flora, Green Beaver, AOR, Preferred Nutrition, Mineral Fusion, and numerous quality brands of hair care, soaps, cosmetics & more.
Moving from the Supplements department you will note our wide selection of Birkenstocks. We emphasize getting the best size possible so you can derive the most comfortable fit available. We often have sales in our footwear department, so keep in touch through our E-News for information about sales and other specials.
In our freezer section, you will see well-stocked shelves of popular brands, as well as gourmet, wild-caught and ethically-minded seafood, local and organic meats like brown-wrapped hamburger, pork chops, chicken, sausages, steaks, bison, burgers and more, as well as locally baked desserts like pies & crisps. We also have a fresh meat section where you will find fresh, local bacon, sausages, chicken, pork and more!

Our deli & bakery is a great place to grab a quick meal.
